It is so incredibly important to feed your hair the same nourishing products you would feed your body. It gives me peace of mind knowing exactly what is in the products that I use. When choosing hair care products, there are always things I look for including if the products are free of sulfates, dyes and parabens and if they can be used on color-treated hair!

One of the things I take very seriously is what products I do and don't use on my hair. I'm very picky and like to do my research. I have very normal to slightly dry hair due to always keeping my hair at its blondest. In the long run, my hair still always looks shiny and healthy and that is 100% the goal.

One of my most asked questions on Instagram is what I use to keep my skin hydrated. For those of you who don't know, I have very dry skin and have always used great skincare products to combat the problem. After applying a moisturizer, if my skin still feels tight or majorly greasy, I know it's not for me.
