Recap of our Stay at Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa
Hello everyone and Happy Wednesday! I just got home a few days ago from Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa in Jensen Beach which is nestled north of Palm Beach on Florida's East Coast. I love this area so much because it is so quaint and quiet which is exactly what I want when I go to the beach. My husband wasn't able to make it this trip, so I had the opportunity to bring my girlfriend and we had so much fun. A few of my blogger babes were on this trip as well and it made it that much better. I love being able to spend quality time with them because we all live in different cities and some live in different states. The weather was absolutely perfect too - sunny and 75 (plus 15 degrees hehe!).
What I love most about Hutchinson Shores was the neutral, coastal tones! Everything was decorated with greens, blues and pearl. They also had touches of real driftwood in specific areas of the resort. It was definitely giving you the beach vibe even while just relaxing in your room. The resort has 178 rooms, a signature spa, two pools and cabanas, 3 resort dining options including the Drift Kitchen & Bar and also, 12,000 sq ft of meeting space along with lots of beachside activities. You don't even have to leave the property to have a good time!
As you can see, the rooms come in King or Double, as well as suites if you are interested in those. :) I was so obsessed with the flooring in each room. It's gorgeous! The relaxing color of white and shades of blue made it easier to chill out and just watch the waves roll in. Also - the bathrooms are stocked with NEST products which if you have never smelled this brand, you need too. Smells so good! The beds were also super comfortable as that is probably one of the most important things about staying in a resort. You always want to make sure you are as comfortable as you normally would be at home! :)
The Drift Kitchen & Bar was so good! We ate there both nights and had two completely meals each time. The first night we all made homemade pizzas. It was so fun! You can do it too. I made a cheese, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, and spinach pizza. The second night I picked my favorite meal ever - filet, mashed potatoes and asparagus. I swear that is my signature meal, LOL! Everything was amazing! The filet literally melted in my mouth, it was so fresh and cooked perfectly! The desserts were also amazing - I tried 4 of them. You HAVE to try the lava cake and gelato and mix them together. It is SO good!
Hutchinson Shores also has 2 separate pools - the Reflections Pool and the Dunes Pool. The Reflections Pool is the one above - it is the bigger pool. They have poolside pergolas and umbrellas for rent to accommodate families and they also have a hot tub and poolside bar. The Dunes Pool is a smaller pool but it's heated and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It also has a bar right there!
I was able to squeeze in a 50 minute massage from the spa and it was so good - definitely didn't feel like 50 minutes. The spa was so relaxing and my massage was amazing! I didn't work out at all, but the gym at the resort was very nice and roomy!
One of the best things about Hutchinson Shores is the hospitality. Everyone is SO nice and accommodating. They also have coolers on each floor that have free bottles of waters which I think is amazing and so thoughtful. I've been to many hotels where they don't even offer water and if they do, it's $7. In the morning, they lay out complimentary fruit and in the evening, they lay out fresh-baked cookies.
Below are some of the photos from my stay! I hope you enjoy XO
