Life Update + Welcome to the New For the Love of Coffey

Hi everyone! This is such a random post, but I wanted to give you all a life update of all of the things going on in my life as of right now. Some of you may have noticed that I quit my job in Gainesville and now working in St. Augustine at The White Room which is a wedding venue right on the bayfront of Downtown St. Augustine. It is absolutely gorgeous (if anyone is looking to get married there, let me know :).)Some of you may ask... why are you driving to St. Augustine almost every day? It was a long thought-out process, to be honest. Lane and I had discussion after discussion about it, and finally realized what is holding me back? We don't have kids, our bills aren't outrageously expensive, this would be the perfect time for me to take the opportunity and start my career. Being in the wedding business is something I have always wanted to do, I just haven't had the opportunity until now so as you can imagine, I was thrilled when I heard back from The White Room. It has been great so far, and the drive hasn't been bad at all. Being in St. Augustine's atmosphere every day, just gives me all of this joy and happiness that I had been missing... it is seriously one of my favorite cities. As for our wedding, WE ARE 6 MONTHS AWAY!!! Like what?!? In 2 weeks, we will be engaged for 1 year... How is that even possible? I feel like we were just in LA and Lane popped the question. This has literally been the fastest year of my life! Also coming up in 2 weeks is my birthday. Can I just stay 24 forever? I'm about to be a quarter of a century and I'm not so sure how I feel about this. :POne more thing and I will end this long and pointless blog post, lol....

Welcome to the NEW For the Love of Coffey!!!

For those of you who religiously keep up with my blog ( first off, thank you so much !! ), you may have noticed that I haven't had my site up for about 2 weeks. It has been under construction because I had to switch my Wordpress blog to a hosting site and then I had to get the domain transferred and THEN I had to wait and have the theme switched over which took a while. It is still a work in progress, but I am loving it so far. I am totally not a tech savvy person and have no idea how to work these codes and whatnot, so you can imagine how often I was on the phone with the company. Ahhh! Haha!A lot of people have asked me what I am going to do with my blog name once Lane and I tie the knot? I'll most likely keep my maiden name on my blog only because people who don't know me will be SO confused as to why coffee is spelled wrong and wonder what the heck it has to do with a fashion blog! Haha! So to keep things simple, that will be the only thing not changing. :)Okay okay - I think I am done talking for the night! I will have a post up Sunday evening for you all! Night!
